These are five of the blogs I follow on Twitter that allow me to stay updated on current events. Twitters like @nytimes and @TheEconomist allow me to educate myself on the current political ongoings and economic changes. @SenSanders is someone who's idea's are very charged and sensitive, but I feel are needed at this time to help improve American. Although I don't agree with @realDonaldTrump's ideas and tweets, I find that its useful to keep updated on what he has said and tweeted recently, as he is, unfortunately, the President of the United States. Lastly, I follow @Buzzfeed for my daily dose of de-stressing posts on inane subjects. However, contrary to public belief, Buzzfeed's political news is also well written considering what the site is popular for. These Twitters all take advantage of Twitter to use it as a way to speak their opinions. It allows a large audience to see what they want to say However, in the case of @realDonaldTrump, it also suffers from making it too easy to speak your opinion, as he often seems to tweet things that people criticize.
